It's a good thing I had cooked at home for two weeks, and had frozen the leftovers. Just when I was going to do my weekly grocery shopping/meal planning, we got snowed in by the seattle snowpocalypse. We were able to eat several days off our letovers, but today we (Tim)finally got to the grocery store and started our next week of recipes.
Tonight was a quick Chipotle/Chocolate Chili and Bacon Cheddar muffins. This was an old favorite that is quick cooking and quite tasty.
Making this today thanks to your inspiration. I've never made chili with chocolate in it- can't go wrong with chocolate!
